We reserve the right to modify template pricing, bundle contents, and promotional offers at any time without retroactive impact on prior purchases.

Due to the irrevocable nature of digital goods and immediate access to full source code repositories, digital template purchases are generally non-refundable once downloaded or repository access is granted.

For direct client work, custom React Flow editors, SaaS architecture, or dedicated development consulting:

• Independent Contractor: All freelance work is conducted on an independent contractor basis.
• Statement of Work (SOW): Custom milestones, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be governed by a separate mutual project contract.
• IP Ownership: Client retains full ownership of bespoke custom code upon final milestone settlement.
